Thank you for choosing PeaklyUp for promoting your YouTube videos through YouTube Ads. We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a campaign has started and ads have been placed, we are unable to offer refunds. Our service involves running YouTube Ads on behalf of our clients, and ad placements are non-refundable as they incur costs directly from Google Ads.

2. Campaign Cancellation & Partial Refunds

  • If you request to cancel a campaign before it starts, a full refund may be issued.

  • If the campaign has started but is not yet fully executed, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining unused budget.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. No Refunds for Subscriber or Engagement Drop

We use YouTube Ads to promote videos and attract genuine engagement. However, we do not control user behavior, and some subscribers may unsubscribe over time. Refunds will not be issued for any perceived loss in subscribers, views, or engagement after the service has been delivered.

4. Service Delivery & Performance Expectations

We aim to deliver the estimated views and engagement as outlined in the campaign details. However, due to ad performance variations, actual results may differ slightly. Refunds will not be issued for minor differences in performance.

5. Technical or Billing Issues

If you experience a technical or billing error (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. If verified, we will process a refund or credit to your account accordingly.

6. Chargeback Policy
